Updated review after a few months use. Dropped from 5 to 4 stars. Tl;dr has unique features but needs big investment of effort.

I bought the payable version for the (I believe unique) horizontal scroll and magic scroll features. Horizontal especially is a beautiful effect but you can’t edit it from within the Elementor page so it’s a constant to and fro of edit the section template, see what it looks like on the page, then re-edit. For example if you add another section, then all the scroll effects in the previously existing sections have to be recalibrated.

Also the horiz scroll and magic scroll don’t seem to work in flexbox containers, only in sections. This is disappointing as I use containers for everything else.

Worth it for the results though.

original review from a few months back:

Has opportunities for far more elegance than other elementor addons. Magic scroll and horizontal scroll are worth the money alone and others are well crafted too.
The learning curve is steep though, having to increase my PHP memory and create a child theme to get magic scroll working would have been a challenge for me until recently.

Thanks so much for your kind words Nick. We greatly appreciate that 🙂

We have fixed the issues related to the Magic Scroll addon. Adding the custom PHP snippet is no longer needed.
