    My site was experiencing some random 503 error code when i accessed it from other devices /ip than the usual ones.
    I have Wordfence premium and other website security plugins.
    As the error pages pointed to a reason : “advanced block in effect” from Wordfence, i reached out to the support team for help.
    Enters Tim, a wonderful support personnel from Wordfence.
    He went in depth investigating, finding and fixing the reasons behind the issue.
    It took more than 5 hours, back and forth exchange between us, a rare and invaluable dedication to customers support.
    I will like to highlight that the problem was not the Wordfence plugin, it was rather from my way too strict security implementation that ended crippling the website.
    Tim got it sorted out, gave me all the recommendations to fix it by pointing to each and every single problematic entry within my general configuration.

    Though im entitled to support, the dedication and professionalism that were shown by Tim simply outweigh the mentioned benefits of my subscription package.
