# First Class & Priority Mail

 * I would like to offer 4 types of shipping options to the customer… but only my
   Priority Mail options are showing up.
 * I check-marked the following 4:
    First Class Mail Parcel Priority Mail First 
   Class Mail International Large Envelope Priority Mail International
 * I also selected to “offer the customer all returned rates”… but when I try to
   checkout, it only offers the Priority option, whether I checkout as a U.S. or
   international member.
 * Any help? I would like it to show a First Class and a Priority price to a customer,
   so they can make their selection. Any help on this?

 * Sorry for the trouble. We will get this checked for you.
 * We hope you were successful in setting up the USPS plugin. For any help on the
   setup of the plugin, you can refer the article.
 * Once you are done, if you have any problem with the shipping services or rates,
   kindly do the following :
 * 1. Enable the debug option from the settings tab and try debugging the transaction
   by analyzing the request and response. For more information on debugging, kindly
   go through our article.
 * 2. To compare the services with the services from USPS, kindly go to USPS calculator
   and check that.
 * 3.First class mail services are used for shipping items weighing up to 13oz
 * On performing these things, if the problem persists, kindly provide us with the
   following information
 * Screenshot of USPS calculator.
 * Request and response in a text file.

   and package size set correctly. Shipping problem solved!
