    Hi,
    I seem to be having a bit of an issue figuring out the First Class Package Service.
    First Class Parcel and First Class Package Service are both on the list, what is the difference? I only seem to be able to get First Class calculated if both of those are enabled and if the package is less than 13 oz. Correct me if I’m wrong but the First Class limit is 16 oz. How can I get this working, am I doing something wrong?

    Hey There!

    Here’s the difference as I understand them:

    • First class package service: 15.99oz limit, available for commercial rates only
    • First class parcel: 13oz limit

    As for the rates returned, that’s a difficult one to troubleshoot from the “outside”. Can you take a screenshot of how your product has been configured (weight and dimensions) as well as the source/destination address you’re using for testing?

    Thanks for getting back to me! I guess you just answered my question – my shipping rates were not set to commercial so First Class Package service didn’t show up.

    Now that that’s resolved – thank you- I do seem to be having problem configuring international shipping. My friend from Europe says that the website returns the following message “Shipping costs will be calculated once you provide your address.” Any ideas why? I have shipping calculator turned off.

    My apologies for the delay in my response.
