First and Last Name not showing after receiving info from website

    We are using the Constant Contact Plug-in on our website (gcbulldogs.com)

    We have a form on our homepage that has the following fields.

    First Name
    Last Name
    Email

    Once they have submitted their information and it appears on the subscribers list on Constant Contact their First and Last Name appear like the following examples:

    59136d0f87aa4
    59136d0f87afc

    We are not sure what is causing this to occur. Please assist. Thank you.

    Is this just stuff you’re noticing come in, or is this with you actively testing the form and providing valid values that you’re in control of?

    Probably some spam getting through still, that has been frustrating me. I recall some other threads around the topic of name values similar to that. If you haven’t tried it yet, the Google reCAPTCHA is worth trying to help the issue. We’re still investigating other possible deterrents to help with the issue.

    We had the CAPTCHA up during the time these subscribers were submitting their First and Last Name.

    Best I have is inquiring how persistent it is at the moment and how much volume. Like is it 50 notifications a day like this? Just a few a week? Are the patterns matching for the type of values submitted?

    Also testing the form yourself to see if legitimate signups are able to go through will help reassure that humans can still get signed up

    Please update to version 1.3.3 which has some new spam protection measures.
