First 10 piece free, then 1,- per piece

Is it possible?

The first 10 pieces are free, then 1,- per piece.

If you have 30 pieces in the cart, then 20,- total (instead of 30,-

I tried with cart adjustment and fix discount of 10,- but if i add another product with same rule it doesnt work. (bacause i can add 9 pieces of product A and 11 of product B and its also free instead of 1,- total)
