Hello @nadezhdakhachaturova
Please set the rights ‘777: read and write’ to the plugin folder /wp-content/plugins/security-malware-firewall on your webserver.
After that press the button ‘Synchronize with cloud’ in the plugin settings:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk
Did it help?
Hello! Changed the permissions on the plugin folder to 777. Checkboxes are on all checkboxes. Apply recursively to all plugin files and directories. So far it hasn’t helped.
Please do the following:
1. Enter the Security by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Security by Cleantalk -> General settings tab)
2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
4. Reactivate the plugin.
5. Proceed to the plugin’s settings and enter your access key. (See item 1.)
6. Press the button ‘Synchronize with cloud’ in the plugin settings.
If it doesn’t help, please contact us via our support system:

Thank you.
Deactivation and subsequent activation of the plugin did not help. I had to open a ticket in my account.
