# Firewall Log rotation

 * Is there any way to control the size and/or retention of the firewall log?
 * Don’t want to keep all info after a time, especially if the data becomes quite
   large.

 * This feature is available in the WP+ Edition only (see [screenshot](http://nintechnet.com/ninjafirewall/wp-edition/screenshots/08-log.png)).
   
   If you can run cron jobs, you can set up a task to delete it after a few days
   or depending on its size. The log is located in `/wp-content/nfwlog/firewall_YYYY-
   MM.php` where YYYY is the current year and MM the current month (i.e., Sept. 
   2015 log is `/wp-content/nfwlog/firewall_2015-09.php`). This won’t affect the
   firewall, as it will recreate a new one afterward.
