# Firewall issue

 * Hi there,
    I’m writing this as I have been using the plugin for so long, yet 
   recently my hosting company firewall keeps rejecting it, and everytime I need
   to start a migration I have to contact them to disable the firewall of the hosting
   as whitelisting the IP of the site I’m trying to migrate from doesn’t work.
 * Any advice will be highly appreciated.

 * We have a list of Public IPs that we use for our Migrations which you can find
   here -> [https://migrateguru.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/33000252866](https://migrateguru.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/33000252866)
 * Can you ask your Hosting company to Whitelist these IPs on the Firewall? This
   way you would not need to disable the Firewall before running a Migration.
 * Let us know if you run into any trouble after Whitelisting the IPs.
