 * I have WP-Rocket installed but even when I deactivate WP Rocket and cleared the
   cache, I still get this error.

 * Could you try to uninstall the plugin with “Complete deactivation” option enabled(
   WP Admin -> Settings -> Security by CleanTalk -> General Settings tab)? Then 
   delete it and install it again.
