It looks like the firewall directive is in your .user.ini file, not in your .htaccess.
Maybe the .htaccess it/was not writable and the firewall couldn’t add the code?

Click on “click here to enable its Full WAF mode”, select “I want to make the changes myself.” and copy the code for the .htaccess only, and paste it at the top of your .htaccess.

No, all the necessary directives were registered in both .user.ini and .htaccess, but the firewall itself did not see the changes.

I contacted the technical support of the hosting and found out if everything was fine with php_value auto_prepend_file on my server, they diagnosed and did not find a problem.

As a result, I disconnected and deleted the plugin and cleaned the folder with the firewall cache, after which I installed it again and everything worked out 🙂

Thanks @andr3y1p ! Your comment about deleting the plugin, removing the firewall cache directory, and re-installing also worked for me! 🙂

    Peace…
