# Firewall Blocking

 * I was on my website doing work and the Cleantalk Firewall blocked me. I had a
   few customers tell be they too have been blocked. Is there a way to “soften” 
   the firewall? Something in the settings that is blocking too much?

 * WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Security by Cleantalk -> General settings 
   tab
 * You can try to increase it up to 2000.
