    Hello,

My website is thertashop.com. I am trying to run a Python script to update my products via the WooCommerce REST API, but the CleanTalk firewall is blocking it.

    The error I receive is a JavaScript challenge: document.cookie = "humans_21909=1";.

I need to whitelist my IP address to allow the API script to run. I am unable to log in to the main CleanTalk cloud dashboard to do this myself.

My IP address is: [73.245.19.63] My contact email is: [admin@thertashop.com]

I also noticed my subscription may have expired. I am happy to renew it immediately (I originally subscribed for three websites and subscribed under my other company email address, admin@rtacabinetsofstuart.com [only have two websites now]). Please let me know the best way to do that.

Could you please help me whitelist my IP?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hello @thertashop009,

    1. You can whitelist your IP address in SpamFireWal here: https://cleantalk.org/my/show_private?service_type=spamfirewall
However, I did not find any blocks of the IP address 73.245.19.63. Could you, please send a screenshot of the blocking page?

    Hello,

Thank you for your reply and for providing the link.

I understand that account issues should be handled in your private support system. However, I am in a difficult situation because I am completely locked out of my account.

When I try to use the link you provided (https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open), it asks me to log in. My login fails, and when I use the “Forgot Password” feature, I never receive a password reset email.

Because of this account lockout, I am physically unable to open a private support ticket.

The original problem still exists: my API script is being blocked by a JavaScript challenge. Could you please advise on how I can resolve my account access issue so I can get the help I need?

Also, you asked for a screenshot of the blocking page. Since this is happening to a command-line Python script and not in a web browser, there is no visual page to screenshot.

Instead, here is the exact raw HTML text that my script receives from your firewall instead of the expected API data:unfold_less

    htmlcontent_copyadd<script>document.cookie = "humans_21909=1"; document.location.reload(true)</script>

As you can see, it’s a JavaScript challenge that my script cannot process.

The root of the problem remains that I am locked out of my CleanTalk account and cannot access the dashboard to whitelist my IP address to prevent this. The “Forgot Password” feature is not sending me a reset email.

Could you please help me regain access to my account?

    Thank you.

    Thank you for your update.

    1. Please email us at support@cleantalk.org regarding the account matter.
    2. Regarding the blocking issue, as I mentioned in my previous reply, I don’t see any blocks of your IP address in your spamfirewall logs. To confirm that the CleanTalk plugin is causing the issue, please deactivate the Anti-Spam plugin and check if the issue persists. If it does, we will need more details, so it would be better to continue troubleshooting by email.
