    Hi,
I just installed the hubspot plugin from the wordpress.org repository, logged in, started the demo, but right after I finished the demo the page sais that firefox is not allowed to embed this page. If I reload the page, I need to login again. It seems like there is no way for me to login to hubspot.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @nicohood,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

We have an existing issue with Firefox’s latest Total cookie protection update. You can disable Enhanced Tracking Protection for your wordpress dashboard and check if it works.
Please follow this link for more details on how to disable it.
You may also try using a different browser like chrome and check if it’s working.

    Best Regards

Alright. But isnt there a way to make this work without any disabling of those security features? I mean the reason they were introduced is useful. Is there a solution planned in the long-term?

    Hi @nicohood

Did the solution work for you?

We have this item in our plans for the future. However, it may not be something that we release in the short term. Sorry for the inconvenience!

    Best Regards!

Alright, that is good to hear. I have not tried to disable the protection as I dont think this is a good option. I will rather not use hubspot then until it is fixed.

    Hi @nicohood

    Sorry to see you leave.
Just so you know, you may choose to completely disable third party cookies and the plugin would work. The total cookie protection in Firefox is something in between and is causing issue in the plugin.
You may also consider visiting Hubspot directly for your use cases.
Once again, sorry for the inconvenience caused!

    Best Regards!

If disabling third party cookies works, why dont you disable this for the firefox users?

I’ve installed the plugin in order to get the chat bubble working. I have not tested it, but I thought this will work with the plugin, right? The meetings integration works also with custom html, but the chat has no custom code that I can insert on my landing pages.

I really dont need a full fledged plugin, but I need time schedule and the chat.

We don’t do this by default for all Firefox users since there are some plugin features for which you would be redirected to hubspot.com if cookies are disabled.

Yes, this will work once you connect the plugin. Please try with cookies enabled/disabled or a different browser as suggested earlier and let us know if you’re still seeing the issue.

You can use the tracking code from Hubspot and manually add it to your website but it is suggested to use the plugin for ease of management. You can also use meetings and forms Gutenberg/Elementor blocks that the plugin provides instead of manually copying custom code.

    Best Regards!

Is there a way to integrate the chatflow into wordpress without using the plugin? I found no option to share the chat (unlike forms and meetings which work perfectly). I remember there was a javascript code that I need to integrate (which I am able to do), but I cannot find the documentation for that within hubspot. Am I wrong or just looking at the wrong docs?

    Hi @nicohood

You can manually add the Hubspot script from your Hubspot settings.
Your portal > Gear icon on top right > Account Setup > Tracking & Analytics > Tracking code

    Best Regards!
