 * Hi wzaman,
    can you please clarify what your issue is? Is the issue that you 
   are unable to complete quizzes, or is it that you are unable to rename the button?

 * Thanks for updating your reply with a link; I can now see the problem as well.
 * The issue is that your site has a fatal error related to your page cache plugin.
   Simply clearing your site cache will probably fix the issue for you from whatever
   plugin you are using to combine assets.
 * Something that most page cache plugins do is _combine_ javascript files. On your
   site, I can see that the HD Quiz script has been combined with the other scripts
   on your site, but this new file doesn’t actually exist on your server.
 * `wp-content/cache/asset-cleanup/js/item/hdq_admin_script-vdaa9ff8f31dff7ae5a03c90f48a54698e121e94e.
   jsver=1.8.1` <– this is the file your site is trying to load, but that file is
   not actually located on your server, which is what is causing the issue.
 * I wish I could help more, but this is not actually an issue with HD Quiz, but
   is an issue with whatever plugin you are using that combines assets.
