    Hi Tobias and others:

I've seen some people ask about per-user permissions per table. If I've read correctly, you've said that you might consider that. Have you done any thinking or work towards this feature? Or do you know of any tool which might enable this?

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hi,

    thanks for your question!

Yes, I'm working on a Premium Extension for that. So far, TablePress only has support for role-based capabilities (which are used throughout WordPress). It's however hard to use that for a user-based capability management/access control.
My plan therefore is to develop a custom Extension that can add this, and that also has a user interface for it. I'm only in the beginning stages of this though, and as it is a lot of work that most people won't need, I'll probably not offer it for direct download. If you are interested in hearing more about this, please send me an email (the address is in the main plugin file "tablepress.php").

    Regards,
    Tobias
