finding username and password

    i am trying to upgrade to 3.0 and every username and password that i put in is wrong. is there a way to get those from somewhere.

    please help me!!

    what username and password?

    is it asking for your ftp credentials?

    That would be info you would need from your host…. host name, username and PW for ftp access
