Finding subdomain in FTP

    Hi all.
I had this all set up once before by my web guy but I need to do it over again because there’s an updated version of my theme. He’s unavailable to help me at the moment.

My problem is this. I have a main website and then also a store subdomain. Both are running their own themes. I’m supposed to redownload the new store theme and install it via http://FTP... but it says to locate it /wp-content/themes/maya (the name of the theme). But I can’t find it there… only my main theme is listed there.

I do have a folder labelled /shop… but there’s no old theme in there either.

Where do I put this new .zip file??? I’m totally lost.

There will a folder with the name of your subdomain on your hosting account.

I saw that, but I think I was expecting there be an old folder in there to replace. I’ll try putting it there and see what happens. 🙂

I must have something wrong. My dashboard tells me I still have to update.
