I have the same question- how can I remove sections from the main page?
If I have to create a new page first, how should it be named, since I want to remove sections from the main page (under the slider) and change images and texts on it.
Also, when transferring from another theme, some of my posts appear with the following text beneath:

– It seems that the issue is related with the plugin. Might be you are using shortcode in the post. May be the version of this plugin is not supported anymore.
