The plugin is finding broken links in old revisions of my published posts. The current revision does not have the link anymore and should test as ok. I have confirmed this issue by examining the live source of a few pages. In the report, the “link last checked” date is today, and the links in question have not been in the current revision of posts for many months.

    Hi @squeebo

Sorry to hear you have this issue.

Do you have any Object caching on your hosting?

If so, please try to flush the object caching and force a re-check in Settings > Link Checker > Advanced.

Let us know the result you got.

I don’t think I have any caching at all. I don’t use a WP caching plugin. I had already done the “recheck all pages”.

    Hi @squeebo

The Object caching is more related to the server side, it will cache the SQL which can cause similar issues.

So it would be important to confirm with the hosting service if this cache is enabled and how to flush.

In case the problem persists we would need to look further.

Let us know once hearing back from hosting support.
