Finding a hidden page

Yesterday, I was editing the pages on the website that I’m currently working on. I installed a plugin, but quickly uninstalled it, as it messed with the layout of my pages – all the main pages and sub-pages were showing on the homepage.

After I put everything back to normal, I came to discover that I had lost a crucial page – the blog which features the website’s news and updates.

When I click on my social media links directing me to the page’s posts however, they’re still visible online. My question is, how can I find the hidden blog page and its posts? I have no idea where to look and have been trying to find out where the relevant buttons are on my dashboard.
