Find no new pictures

Hello, i use your tool Bulk Media Register (1.24) for a few months and it worked fine but now, the plugin find no new pictures. WordPress is 5.7 and with version 1.23 it does not work either. No Error Message. i tested some differend settings but can not find the problem. i have sorted the pic´s in year and month folders and if i select only wp-content/uploads the plugin find 12 picures in folder 2015 and 2016, why ever, but no new pictures in 2021. Directly in wp-content/uploads/2021/03, no pictures.
