How do I find a category ID number? When I’m in the category section, I hover the mouse over the category, but it doesn’t show at the bottom of the page as someone explained it would. Any other ideas?

Go into your WP admin section, and under posts is a section for categories.

Click that and you get a list of your cats. Hover over those and you should see the link. If not, right-click and choose ‘Copy Link’

Paste that somewhere and you get this: http://domain.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?action=edit&taxonomy=category&post_type=post&tag_ID=11

See the ID? 11? There you are 🙂
