find active plugins in multi-site environment

I am the administrator of a multisite environment and am trying to have a plugin cleanup where we go through and disable abandoned plugins that have not been updated in a few years. I have my list of plugins to remove and now just need to find a way to see what sites have these plugins enabled on their sites still so we can notify the admins about it.

What is the best way to go about this we have ~ 13,000 sites in our environment?
