Find a Radio station function

I need to make a function in wordpress that would allow users to type in a zip code or city name and it will find the closest radio station in a database. If there is some kind of plugin that would do this or something similar that I can modify, Or if there are any resources on how to create this. I have no problem modifying code if need be.
