I have changed the font style. Now I am using arial black for body text and ms sans serif for headings. Hope you would like it.
Your website is loading a lot faster now that you have a cache plugin installed.
Just one other change that you should make is that the name of your website in the footer is displaying wrong. It should have one word on one line, and the other word on the other line.

Just my personal opinion but I really dislike the Monetary Section logo area. The colour just doesn’t sit right and the font feels very outdated.
Improving this section would really benefit the site.
Actually I don’t know how to change the ‘logo area’ color in this theme.
I have installed the child theme but don’t know what to write so that changes can be done in the desired section.
If you have any idea then please tell me.
The area you are talking about has the id #cc-header
Find that in the css and you can change the colour there.

I did the same thing and now I am able to make changes in this section.

I have made some changes in that section, but I think the color I chose this time also, does not match with the remaining site. So I have to spend some more time on that.

The blue is not too bad, but you need to incorporate it into the rest of your site. For example where you have headers in a weird orange/brown colour, you could make them the same blue perhaps. Or just make them black but make a few other smaller elements blue.
I would also consider changing the font family used. The monetary section logo area looks really dated because of the font used and the text shadow.
Try the following code as a starting point:

I think your header image is to high. I have 27′ monitor, but with menu and logo it takes almost half of high. Its for nothing.
I like clean and simplicity there.
You can also better arrange logo with whole website, its not looks so good together.
Delete that calendar, its for nothing. Dont show ”search box” title.

Yeah, I know that I need to work on header section of my website. It will take some time as I have to find out some alternates for this header image (book).

btw. I think if log is high the same as your black menu area, it would be nice or maybe put logo somehow in that head image after it will be smaller 🙂
Anyways keep your site so clean, its the best way how can someone reach right content there, I like it.
