I use this plugin on my e-commerce site, and I have to say it’s completely changed the way I communicate with customers. Before, I used to go crazy sending update emails that regularly ended up in the spam folder; now, with automatic order notifications sent directly to WhatsApp, customers are happy to know in real time when their order is being processed or has been shipped.
