Finally an update…

    It has been a while since there was an update. Even though the plugin has been working as it should it really needed some love and care.

    This changes includes some code tweaks and updates the documentation to show compatibility with the latest wordpress.

    In addition I added a (tiny) new feature: you can now specify an external link to be opened in a new window/tab.
