    Perfect self-hosted alternative to paid helpdesks.

    Zupportly gives me everything I need – ticket management, agent assignments, customer portal, and even a chat bubble. The threaded conversations with image attachments work flawlessly. Setup took 5 minutes. This should be in every WordPress site that needs support.
