Finally, a contact form that works

I’ve been through almost a dozen contact forms and they either break or things like styling nd added forms are premium add-ons. This one is so complete and variable, and worked immediately (only change needed was to change the permissions for one folder (and there was a message to suggest it, so I didn’t have to spend an hour trying to figure it out.)
