 * I searched all night for a simple notification bar plugin that was FREE and didn’t
   have any “company branding” or any “pricing crap” associated with it. Then I 
   found this plugin and I couldn’t be happier. It’s literally simple, and straight
   to the point. Looks great on mobile devices too. Thank you!
