    Thank you very much for much for reaching out to us. I’m really sorry to hear our plugin isn’t working as expected on your end.

    I’ve noticed that you’re using your phone to complete the process, and due to the size of the screen, the rest of the page seems cut. It may be helpful to connect to your site from your laptop or tabletop computer, try again and let me know if the issue persists. If not, then great news! If it does persist, then it would be super helpful if you can capture a screenshot using a bigger screen that may include more information.

    Would you be able to take a moment to try that and let me know how did it go? πŸ™‚

    I forgot to tell you about the computer version, because from a computer this does not find the page created.

    No associated pages

    I have to redo the process.
    Something I did not do.

    Thank you so much for letting me know.

    In order to proceed with the investigation, would it be possible to let me know if your Facebook Shop Page was published before you started using our plugin? If not, did you user our plugin to create your Facebook Shop Page instead? It’s possible that since the setup process wasn’t completed successfully the first time, the needed information hasn’t synchronized correctly.

    Also, does using your mobile phone allows you to proceed with the process but when using your computer, it does not?

    Using my mobile phone allows me to go to the last step but not finalized.

    On the computer side, the steps stop very quickly with the selection of the page and as he cannot find the page he asks to create one.

    As our company is not yet open to the public, the Facebook page is not published, it exists but is only visible by its citizens.

    The Facebook page was created with the plugin and as we had some problems during the development of the site project we had to start again, but we deleted the previously created pixel.

    I hope this is enough information to enlighten you feel free.

    Regarding trying to setup the plugin from your computer, it’s possible that you can’t proceed because your Facebook page isn’t published yet. In order for our plugin to be able to synchronize your store products, you need to either have a page already published or create a page during the setup process.

    Regarding being able to proceed when using your phone, there are a few possibilities as to why this happens. Are you able to start the setup process from the beginning on your phone or does it jump to the final step right away? Also, are you connected to the same Facebook account in both devices (phone and computer)?

    In the meantime, I would recommend making sure that your Facebook page has been published before proceeding because it may also cause you issues with the usage of the plugin.
