So I am using Duplicator plugin to migrate a website. I imported Databases fine, I passed all Duplicator stages without any errors or failures

But when I click on “Site Login” I get

    Not Found
The requested URL /mywebsite/index.php was not found on this server.

Why is index.php not present and what might be the issue? I followed exact steps from [tutorial][1], no errors or failures…

    http://localhost:8888/mywebsite/ contains
    Parent Directory
    20180905_staging_dc04b1c0ffa817132831180905232630_archive.zip
    20180905_staging_dc04b1c0ffa817132831180905232630_archive/
    database.sql
    installer-backup.php
    installer-data.sql
    installer-log.txt
    installer.php
    web.config
    web.config.180910155334.orig
    web.config.180910155532.orig
    wp-snapshots/

    Any ideas?

    Thank you

  • Hey @nadiiame,

Check your archive to make sure you have several of the core files wp-*.php and wp-* dirs. If they aren’t in your archive.zip file then check to make sure you don’t have any filters (see packages step1 archive section) set up that are filtering the archive.

    Hope that helps~

    Site Details
    Site: My Web Site
    Notes: – no notes –
    File Details
    Size: 740.05KB
    Name: 20180905_staging_dc04b1c0ffa817132831180905232630_archive.zip
    Path: /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/mywebsite
    Status: File Found
    Format: Good structure

Then everything has Good and Pass statuses…
    Database connection is Success
Then Install Notices: (0) Update Notices: (0) General Notices: (0)

I do not see any filters…

    really confused what happens.

    Hi @nadiiame,

You will want to look at all the details from the scanner. The scanner is on step 2 when you’re building the package. The details above are from step 4 of the installer. Based on the size above either a filter is set up or there are permissions settings on your host that are preventing PHP from zipping up the files.

    Hope that helps~

@corylamleorg There is just Size Check notice and Name Check notice. There are no filters
