Filters Reset

    When i select a filter it doesn’t save that I clicked that attribute and when i click another one it shows the result for that attribute but doesn’t take into account the previously selected widget

    Hi,

    probably your theme don’t use a standard html id/class and the plugin can’t fine the widget correctly.

    For this you can read this post in our HelpCenter: YITH Ajax Product filter configuration

    or you can post here a link of your shop page, in this way I can test your website.

    I’ve checked the configurations are all correct and the before widget argument is also correct.

    Hi,

    the frontend configuration isn’t right because you need to change the default value of widget title with this:

    h2.widgettitle

    you have this settings in YITH Plugins > Ajax Product filter > Frontend.

    I only have Product Container, Shop Pagination Container, Result Count Container, Scroll Top Anchor and Order by.

    Hi,

    Product Container: .products
    Shop Pagination Container: nav.woocommerce-pagination
    Result Count Container: .woocommerce-result-count
    Scroll Top Anchor: .yit-wcan-container
    Order by: Alphabetically
