Filters for categorys and price doesn’t work

Hi, i already install and already set up the plugin on my web.
But the price it’s not working, when i change price and select the bottom to filter, it’s shows me page of all categorys..
And when y select one category for example Xiaomi, and push bottom. It doesn’t appears anything.
I am using Divi theme, i insert Sidebar with the shortcode inside, and i insert without sidebar for testing, but anyways thats same results. I need some help..Thanks, and sorry for my poor english.

Can you try to disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and Themify Product Filter? On our demo using latest Divi, it seems to be ok: https://themify.me/demo/themes/divi-filter/?id=sidebar&wpf=1&wpf_cols=3&price-from=0&price-to=329
This user has a similar problem: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/price-slider-max-incorrect/#post-12432931. The cause was due to Post Types Order as per the user’s finding. So try to disable the other plugins on your site.
