Hello @babiskalogirou
Thank you for using the plugin.
Usually this happens if you enable AJAX and specify for the “CSS id or class of the Posts Container” option value that also contain these elements. But as I see the problem now is solved on your site and I’m glad that it is so.
Hello dear @stepasyuk
Thank you for your kind response.
Unfortunately the problem remains. I started using the sidebar chips widget, which does not disappear. Could you suggest me some proper value for the “CSS id or class of the Posts Container” field?
PS I would also like to know if there is a way that a term’s text could work as link. Should i open a new topic?
Thank you in advance.
Hello @babiskalogirou
In your case the best value for the “CSS id or class of the Posts Container” options will be #content
But as I see now you display on your Shop pages only product categories instead of products. So if you want to filter products you have to display them on this page.
I’m not sure about second your question, please provide me with additional details to make it clear. And yes, it would be better to create individual topic for the question.
Thank you.
Thank you very much!
The button still disappears for odd times of filterings, but reappears for even times (not a big issue). As far as it concerns the chips, the widget is a full solution.
Thanks again for the awesome plugin and the great support. I will purchase as soon as i complete the project.
