Filtering woo’s dimension field

    Hi there,

    Could someone give directions as to how to add a filter for the dimension of my products (in centimetres). This is the filed that woo uses in the shipping section of the product (see screenshot).

    I have already tried to create attributes as length and width for my products but the problem with that is that woo doesn’t have an attribute type for continuous numbers.

    Hi @alirezaam,

    You can filter the products using the shipping information such as length, width, height. These shipping information are saved as post meta, so you need to create ‘Post Meta’ filter types and assign meta key ‘_length’, ‘_width’, ‘_height’ respectively (see attached screenshot).

    I’m using the plugin in my widget area and there’s no option to choose post meta items. I can only choose the attributes.

    You are using the old version of my plugin or using the customised plugin that comes with the Goya theme. Delete the existing plugin and install the latest version of my plugin from wp.org, you’ll be able to filter the products by shipping dimensions.

    You are right. I’m using the plugin that comes with Goya theme. But the plugin seems to be up to date. I’m using the version 4.2.1.
