    Hello
On your main site woobewoo.com on the page with the filter plugin, when you click on any filtering parameter, the results appear without refreshing the page.
I am just starting to use Woocommerce, have installed your plugin, but I cannot find this setting.

    Hi @racbuitio
Thank you for choosing our plugin, we really appreciate it.
This option is called Ajax mode, when filtering happens instantly, without refreshing the page.
You can find it by going to plugin Product Filter -> options-> main -> Enable Ajax
This option applies to both the Filter button and Auto filtering.
Check out this article https://woobewoo.com/blog/improving-customer-comfort-with-ajax-product-filter/ to learn more, we also recommend that you check our detailed documentation for a complete introduction to the plugin. https://woobewoo.com / docs / woocommerce-filter-documentation /
Is there anything else I can help you with?

    Thanks @woobewoo
Tell me, you wrote that the Ajax option works “with automatic filtering”, what did you mean?

    @racbuitio
With the Product Filter plugin, you can choose the type of filtration. (Filter button or Auto filter)
You can find this function in the plugin menu / Options / Buttons / Filter activation type
    https://woobewoo.com/documentation/button-options/
If the “Filter button” option was selected, the “Filter” button appears on the page. This allows users to set all necessary filter parameters before starting filtering.
If the “Automatic filtering” option was selected, the filtering starts when the filter elements are changed and the data is automatically reloaded.
For both of these types of filtering, you can use the Ajax option.

    Hi,
    I have the same problem.
I created an “on sale” filter, with Ajax option enabled.
Still it reloads the full page.

    Thank you.
