It seems to work better if the ‘Filter by price’ is changed to a slider?
https://letsbuygold.com/?s=gold&post_type=product&type_aws=true&id=1&filter=1&min_price=380&max_price=480
but doesn’t work for ‘variable products’ if you slide out of the price range of one of the options, it works for simple products fine.
but if you changed the filter to ‘9ct White gold’ 4 items are displayed
https://letsbuygold.com/shop/?min_price=380&max_price=480&filter_gold-carat=9ct-white-gold&s=gold&post_type=product&type_aws=true&id=1&filter=1
but the filter on the price is still showing the old range (I chose £380 – £480) and the new products are £89, £99 and £119, so it’s not dynamic and not working properly at all.
Hi there,
please could you try to use only the price filter with slider ? Thanks.
You can try to disable our plugin and visit this page
https://letsbuygold.com/shop/?filter_metal=rose-gold&min_price=200&max_price=499.99
and let me know if works fine or not. Our plugin use WooCommerce query to show results, to understand if is our plugin that cause this issue or not you simply disable it and try to visit a filtered page.
Let me know if works.

I have disabled your plugin and tried the default WooCommerce price slider and it works. So, here is current new research:
1) Mobile
I have tried using the price and category filters on desktop and mobile e.g.
https://letsbuygold.com/shop/?s=Gold&post_type=product&type_aws=true&id=1&filter=1
On dekstop the filters work. On mobile I can’t click on the ‘category’ filters to expand the options. I click, the ‘highlight’ appears, but nothing happens. I’ve tried on iPhone and Android.
2) Variable Products
I tried using the ‘Instant WooCommerce Price Filter slider’ inside YITH. I have a variable product
‘Solid White Gold Natural Amethyst Womens Band Ring’. If I use the search in the top on my website the product appears correctly:
https://letsbuygold.com/shop/?filter_metal=white-gold&s=Amethyst&post_type=product&type_aws=true&id=1&filter=1&min_price=320&max_price=340
If I go to the ‘Victorian’ section, the product does not appear
https://letsbuygold.com/shop/?filter_metal=white-gold&product_cat=victorian&filter_gemstone=amethyst&min_price=330&max_price=380
even if I take out the ‘&product_cat=victorian’, it still does not appear:
https://letsbuygold.com/shop/?filter_metal=white-gold&filter_gemstone=amethyst&min_price=330&max_price=380
Any help appreciated

When I jump to that link I get the single woo page for the variable product, not a search result.
The product is correct, it has variable pricing.
Hi there,
thank you so much for cooperation. Please, could you try to add this PHP code:
add_filter( 'woocommerce_redirect_single_search_result', '__return_false' );
at the end of functions.php file ?
Let me know if the previous link works or not with this code.
Have a nice day

Thank you for the code. I have added and it doesn’t completely work on mobile. The filter options now work on the first attempt:
I search on ‘ring’
https://letsbuygold.com/shop/?s=ring&post_type=product&type_aws=true&id=1&filter=1
Then I add ‘Amethyst’ for ‘Gemstone’
https://letsbuygold.com/shop/?filter_gemstone=amethyst&s=ring&post_type=product&type_aws=true&id=1&filter=1
On mobile I then want to add ‘Gold Carat’ or ‘Birthstone’ and no options are displayed or the dropdown of the category doesn’t appear, when on desktop they are all available.
Hi there,
it’s very strange. Please, coudl you tell me how to reproduce this issue step by step ?
Thanks!
Have a nice day

I just searched on any product, clicked one of the categories and then tried again. There was no special circumstances that made it happen, after an option was chosen the second time around it stopped working, sorry.
Hi,
we’ve just made some tests in our local installation and it works fine!
Maybe some plugins you have installed (or your theme) conflict with it and cause this issue. To find what exactly is causing this issue you should isolate the plugin behavior: to do it, please, try to deactivate all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter active, and see if the problem is solved. If so, try to activate them again, one by one, to see which one causes the issue.
If the problem isn’t caused by a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Twenty and see if you have the same issue.
Also, if you have customized some files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without any customization.
Please try this solution and let us know what’s the result.
