Filtering option for Nextgen Gallery?

    Hi,

    is there a possibility to filter images in Nextgen Gallery plugin?

    This plugin
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/nextgen-gallery-powertags/
    sadly does not work any longer with Nextgen Gallery > 2.0

    For example, I would like to show:
    – in a page
    – the last 30 images uploaded to 8 different galleries
    – and above this selection, the user should be able to filter these images by the gallery ID/name

    Any idea please?

    @csigncsign – Have you contacted the other plugin author to see if they are working on an update, they may have a solution they will be providing there.
