  • After updating wp to 5.0.2 and ios on my apple devices it is no longer possible to tab or otherwise activate my images on my website with the filterable portfolio. No issues yet detected on android or windows computers – so far only on ipads and iphones.
    What to do?

  • I might be having the same problem as you – did you find any fix for this at all ? I am desperate to get it sorted as half of mu customers seem to own iphones !

    No I’m afraid not. I have tried to write the developer as well but no response. Please let me know if you find a solution. I’m seriously considering a change slider wise. It’s a shame because it’s a great slider nevertheless

    On iOS devices it is not possible to tab the image and then get to the slider as usual – it’s kind of inactive.
    On the android devices I tested with and with regular browsers on computers (both Mac and pc) it wasn’t an issue.

    Very happy with plugin till trying to use on iphone 6 with fully updated ios. I am also having this problem in that images in ios only not selectable to actually go to portfolio. Has this been fixed? What can I do to fix

    Still not fixed by developer. Sorry to say. It is very disappointing. Can’t really wait much longer for it to be fixed. I am looking for an alternative portfolio by a developer with a more frequent update rate on plugins

    so theme 1 works on ios, it is just my preferred theme 2 on ios that doesn’t work

    I have the same problem. Would love to be able to use theme 2.

    Oh so it’s theme 2 that’s causing the problem. Good to know. I’ll switch to theme 1 until a resolution can be found for theme 2.
