Hi,
Could you post your site URL so we can check if it is related? Try to disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and Themify Product Filter.
On our demos, they are working:

Hello,

Hi @themifyme,
Our server is in Netherland, and I am in Hongkang, and our business is for Asia pacific.
The jquery-ui.min.css is loaded from Googleapis.com, but not from local “Themify – WooCommerce Product Filter”. The resources from Googleapis.com is not stable in lots of countries and might not accessible to the customers in those countries.
So, I strongely suggest you may load jquery-ui.min.css locally, or host it on https://www.cloudflare.com/
Because cloudflare is covered whole regions, and still loading it locally should be prior.
Thanks
@alexsina – If you are in Hong Kong, the Google hosted assets shouldn’t be blocked. Do you have any VPN service that you can connect to? Wondering if Google servers are being blocked at your end.
Hi @themifyme
Thanks for reply.
I traveled a lot among these countries: Hongkang\Taiwan\Tokyo\Tailand… and I found there is no any issue in Taiwan, but there are always issue when I in Hongkang\Tokyo\Tailand… or other Asia countries.
Obviously, the google resource is really not stable in these countries or regions.
So, I still suggestion you can load it from local server or from cloudfore.

Thanks for the info. Will pass it to our developer to see if we can replace to another CDN hosted script.
