filter to modify the output of the address block in plain order notification ema

Hi,

I am trying to reformat the address blocks in the plain order notification email, right now it’s like this:

Billing address:
Test Person
3113 Woodcreek Dr
Downers Grive, IL 12345

Shipping address:
Test Person
3113 Woodcreek Dr
Downers Grive, IL 12345

How can I reformat the address, so it split the whole address block into separate lines and add label for each line like below:

Bill Name: Test Person
Bill Address1: 3113 Woodcreek Dr
Bill Address2:
Bill City: Downers Grive
Bill State: IL
Bill Country: United States
Bill Zip Code: 60559
