Filter Tags by category

Hello:

I have about 10 “categories” for posts, but each of these also has anywhere from 5-10 tags for a narrower filter. I’d like to create a “category” page for my blog, and only show the tags as widgets out in the sidebar that relate to that category. A couple of plugins I’ve found haven’t been updated in a couple of years. Anybody know of something current that might do this?
