Filter recent posts?

    Can’t provide a link as the site is still in staging, but here’s my question:

    Home page, three columns, center column is most recent posts.

    I would like to filter out a couple of categories so that they don’t show up in our center column’s recent posts (we do translations of many of our articles into several different languages, but we’d prefer not to have translations show up at the top, front and center).

    Why am I having such a dumb today, I feel like this is something I’ve done before but I can’t seem to find my way there in this theme. ANYONE?

    Thanks for using Mission News!

    I would recommend using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-category-excluder/

    It lets you quickly exclude categories from your main post feed, which shows up in the center column in Mission News.
