Filter Products And Have Filter Save To Memory

    I am creating an automotive part distribution website that uses a search by car feature. I am looking to have it save to memory once the customer has selected their car so that the selection filters products no matter where they go on the website. Attached is an example of what i need below. Can someone point me in the right direction for something like this?
