Filter Product by Price Widget is not showing on Shop Page

Hello there,

Filter Product by Price Widget is not working on the shop page. The widget never appeared on the frontend to the shop page. though it has been added to the widget section.

I have tested it with WordPress default themes also.

Hey there!

Can you please send us a screenshot of your site where it should be showing, and then a screenshot of your widget setup page where you added the widget? Also, please include your site URL here.

I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

Thanks for your reply.

It’s localhost. Can not share the site url.

Here are the screenshots

I have tested it with the Default WordPress Themes (Twenty Fifteen, Sixteen, Seventeen & Twenty)

But never showes to the frontend.
Please help me to sovle the issue.

Hi there,

Thank you for providing those screenshots.

In addition to the “Filter Product by Price” widget, I see you have also added the Product Rating filter, but it is not showing up in the sidebar either.

I understand you have tested with several themes — in your screenshot, I see you were on Twenty Sixteen last, so I tested with that, and both widgets appeared without any issues:

I also see you were adding the widgets via the Appearance > Widgets page. If you try adding them via the Customizer (Appearance > Customize) under the Widgets > Sidebar section, does that make any difference?

Also, do you have any plugins installed that add “widget visibility” functionality (such as Jetpack)? Please try temporarily disabling all plugins aside from WooCommerce to see if that makes a difference.
