How to add option to filter out of stock products from category and search result? The dropdown box has option to filter products by relevance, price, latest etc but no option to show only in stock books. How to add it??

    Hi there!

There’s no filter for that, but you can configure your store to ensure out of stock products are always hidden under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Out of stock visibility > Hide out of stock items from the catalog

@aashik thanks for the reply. I know about the hide out stock option but what I wanted was the choice to be of buyer. Some would like to see all available products and subscribe for the ones that are out of stock, while others would want to remove them from search option.

    Thank you for clarifying.

There’s no built-in option within WooCommerce to get this done. What you’re looking to do may be possible with some custom coding though.

If you don’t have access to a developer, you can try one of the services on WooCommerce Customizations Page
