I have set up the main filter using WOOF and it works great – https://yellowdandelion.com/shop

now the client wants the filter on the category listings but when I use this woof by category plugin it causes problems with the main filtering. Mainly – I would like to remove the filter button, have the ability to do automatic/ajax filtering and also keep the filter options on the left hand side the entire time, so it can keep filtering if I want to choose multiple options. right now when it shows the results it removes the filtering options. How do I not remove the filter options on the results?

Is there a way around this problem so I can have my main filtering and also my category filtering work the proper way?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thank you for your response.

I do not understand what you are talking about:

“I would like to remove the filter button” – you do not have it, it is an option in WOOF plugin.

“have the ability to do automatic/ajax filtering” – it is working, and also it is the option of WOOF, not my plugin.

” keep the filter options on the left-hand side the entire time” – I click on Birthdays, Brith and see that filter options stay in place in the left sidebar.

Not sure what is your task, but it seems it is related to WOOF settings (not WOOF by Category). My plugin does nothing with displaying buttons and filters in the sidebar, it can just hide some filters basing on the information which category is shown now.
