Filter on a custom field

    Hi,

    Congrats for that great plugin.

    I am already able to redirect to a custom type post.

    Now I need to redirect to this CTP but only where custom field (made with ACF plugin) “A” has the value “x”.

    Would you know how to do that ?

    Unfortunately, the plugin does not currently understand custom fields, but it could be an interesting feature for a future version.
